Brokerage Platform

MWL's Brokerage Platform is the segment of MWL's business in which we operate similar to a modern transportation industry 'brokerage' model. This segment is approximately 25% of MWL's business today. Customers award business to MWL. We, then, go out into the open marketplace every day, identify the best capacity for the load being moved, secure that capacity and then manage the execution of that load through successful completion/delivery.

MWL is a processs-oriented company, and has developed a set of proprietary processes (customer-specific and carrier-specific) which govern how MWL delivers services off its Brokerage Platform. In the hands of a smart, well-educated workforce, and combined with robust technology, these proprietary processes drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the Brokerage model.

The Brokerage Platform Services are provided throughout the continental United States (i.e., the entirety of the contiguous 48 states).
