- Features 53' Dryvan and Temperature-Controlled trailers (typically less than 3 years-old in our Asset-Based Platform segment)
- Tractors that have state-of-the art technology and maintenance programs (typically less than 18 months-old in our Asset-Based Platform segment, with satellite tracking and on-board driver communication systems)
MWL provides Over-The-Road Service (in both Dryvan and Temperature-Controlled modes) for the largest shippers in the United States. MWL has the largest concentration of combined Dryvan and Temperature-Controlled capacity (on an Asset-Based Platform) of any carrier or 3PL provider in the United States.
However, success in Over-The-Road Service is not driven solely by the availability of huge amounts of capacity. The capacity must also be reliable and priced competitively.

MWL is unique in its ability to allow the customer to toggle between Over-The-Road and Intermodal Services in both Dryvan and Temperature-Controlled. For customers with flexible lead order times, a compatible production cycle, etc., MWL offers real savings opportunities. For example, MWL's flexibility could enable a customer to toggle a lane that is currently being moved 100% Over-The-Road. If that lane became 80% Over-The-Road and 20% Intermodal, meaningful cost reductions could result.
