As a Transaction Agent, you’ll be responsible for managing the flow of critical data and documentation, acting as a key liaison between our operations team, clients, carriers, and customs officials.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate Transactions
Manage and monitor the lifecycle of shipments and logistics transactions from initiation to final delivery.
Ensure Accuracy
Review and process bills of lading, customs documentation, invoices, and shipment instructions.
Maintain Records
Input and update transaction details in internal systems with speed and precision.
Communicate Updates
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams to relay transaction status and resolve any issues.
Support Compliance
Ensure that all transactions adhere to company policies and international trade regulations.

Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transaction processing preferred

Strong understanding of transportation documentation and workflows

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

Experience with TMS, ERP, or CRM systems is a bonus
